stew fundraiser
Every year, our stew fundraiser is held on the last Saturday of February. Options include; fish, shrimp, pastry, and beans and sausage stews. Dining in is all you can eat and take out options are large cups filled to the brim of your choice of stew.
We also have a silent dessert auction.

4th of July independence day parade
Every year, on the last Saturday in June, Deep Run Volunteer Fire Department is part of the 4th of July Independence Day Celebration held in Deep Run. It is evening filled with fun and festivities.
The parade kicks off the event at 6pm, followed by live music at the Fire Department, various vendors, food and raffle tickets. The Fire Department sells food as part of our fundraiser, we also have raffle tickets available for purchase. Winners of the raffle are announced at 9pm, just prior to the fireworks.
